How to request permanent deletion of your OpenReal account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app or website
Fastest way, available to any signed-in user
If you can sign in to your account, you can request deletion directly:
- Sign in to OpenReal (web or mobile app).
- Go to Settings.
- Under Security, select Delete My Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and submit the request.
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out of every active session.

Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to your account, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request:
Please include the email address on your account and the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm once your request has been processed.
What gets deleted
Data handling after a deletion request
Once a deletion request is processed, your account is deactivated and you lose access to the platform. We remove or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as identity-verification and transaction records) to meet legal, regulatory, tax, or anti-money-laundering obligations. Retained records are kept only for as long as required and are not used for any other purpose.
