Understanding OpenReal's role
OpenReal operates as a technology-enabled information and facilitation platform that supports investor onboarding, eligibility verification, documentation workflows, and the submission and processing of requests related to third-party investment offerings. OpenReal does not operate a marketplace and does not match, connect, or intermediate transactions between investors and issuers.
OpenReal is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian of investor funds. All investment opportunities referenced on the platform are offered and managed solely by third-party issuers. OpenReal does not:
- Provide investment advice or recommendations
- Hold, control, or manage investor funds
- Guarantee investment performance or returns
- Act as a fiduciary or agent on behalf of users
- Participate in or execute investment transactions
Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and should consult qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decisions.

OpenReal collects the personal and account information you provide during registration, identity verification (KYC/AML), and platform use, including your name, contact details, government ID documents, and records of your activity on the platform. We use this information to operate the platform, verify investor eligibility, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your account.
We share information with third-party service providers who support identity verification, document processing, hosting, and analytics, and with regulators or issuers where required to facilitate a request you have submitted. We do not sell your personal information.
The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic usage analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the platform and to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention requirements, by contacting us using the details below.

OpenReal is operated by OPENREAL TECHNOLOGIES FZCO, a free zone company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre under licence number DMCC-986427 and registration number DMCC202869, with its registered address at Unit 2505, Jumeirah Business Center 1 (JBC1), Plot JLT-PH1-G2A, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
OpenReal provides registry and compliance workflow technology. It is not the issuer of any interest, and it is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, marketplace, custodian, bank, escrow agent or trustee. The platform does not provide tokenization, blockchain settlement, wallets, custody, an order book, open matching, bidding, price discovery or guaranteed liquidity. Transfers are controlled, approval-based workflows and become effective only after the relevant register is updated.
Access to a Structure, document, Position or workflow may depend on invitation, jurisdiction, investor classification, identity verification, eligibility, sanctions screening, contractual restrictions and approval by the relevant Responsible Organisation. Registration alone does not create a right to access any Structure or feature.
