Eligibility before access
No participant holds records or submits requests before completing identity verification and the eligibility steps that apply to their role. The steps shown in the product mirror the real review pipeline, so participants always know where they stand and what remains.
Documentation attached to the record
Every structure carries its documentation with it — organized by slot, versioned, and reviewable. When something changes, the document trail changes with it, so the register and its supporting evidence never drift apart.
An audit trail you can export
Administrative and registry events are captured in an audit log with unique event identifiers, exportable to CSV or PDF. Auditability is only useful if auditors can actually use it — so the trail is designed to be handed over, not just stored.
