OpenReal Current Mode: What the Platform Does and Does Not Do

OpenReal Current Mode supports controlled records and workflows for a limited group of project SPVs. It gives authorized users a structured place to review project information, participant records, supporting documents, request status, and recorded changes.

The platform is an information and workflow layer. It does not create legal ownership, replace governing documents, or become the official register maintained by the relevant issuer, project SPV, or appointed administrator.

What Current Mode does

Current Mode organizes records around the relevant project structure. Authorized users can review entity and participant information, identify supporting documents and source references, follow review status, submit requests, and inspect the history of recorded platform events.

Permissioned views help each user see the information needed for their role. Review queues, status labels, and event history make it easier to understand what has been submitted, what remains under review, which party is responsible for the next step, and what has been recorded as complete.

What remains outside the platform

OpenReal does not operate a marketplace, exchange, crowdfunding platform, order book, matching engine, custody service, or payment service. It does not offer, recommend, arrange, promote, or execute investments or transfers.

Participation and transfer decisions remain with the relevant project parties and are subject to governing documents, eligibility requirements, supporting evidence, approvals, and official records. Legal, tax, accounting, valuation, and investment questions remain matters for appropriately qualified independent advisers.

Requests are controlled workflows

A request submitted through OpenReal is not automatically approved or completed. Submission records the requested action. Review checks the information and supporting documents. Approval records the decision of the authorized party. An official record update remains a separate step performed by the responsible issuer, project SPV, or appointed administrator.

The distinction between submission, review, approval, official record update, and completion is important because each stage has a different purpose and responsible party.

Information displayed on OpenReal is designed to be clear and traceable, but it must be read together with the applicable legal documents and official register. Where information differs, the governing documents and authoritative record maintained by the responsible project party control.

Current Mode is therefore best understood as infrastructure for organizing evidence, responsibilities, review steps, and recorded changes—not as a substitute for the legal and operational parties behind the project.
