OpenReal in Current Mode
OpenReal is software for organizing project information, participant records, supporting documents, review steps, requests, and recorded changes for a limited group of project SPVs.
It does not operate a public marketplace or trading venue. It does not receive funds, execute subscriptions, approve transfers on behalf of an issuer, or provide investment advice.

Chapter overview
- CHAPTER 01
What OpenReal is
OpenReal is a controlled software environment for records and workflows. It helps authorized users view information, submit documents, follow review stages, and understand recorded changes.
- CHAPTER 02
Project SPVs and ownership
A project may sit within a separate legal entity, often described as a project SPV. Any ownership rights arise from the applicable legal documents and official register, not from a website screen alone.
- CHAPTER 03
Documents and evidence
Records should link to the documents that support them, including governing documents, approvals, identity records, and administrator confirmations where applicable.
- CHAPTER 04
Participation and transfer risks
Private interests may be subject to eligibility rules, approval requirements, transfer restrictions, lock-ups, pre-emption rights, valuation uncertainty, and limited liquidity.
- CHAPTER 05
How a recorded change is completed
A request moves through required checks and approvals. OpenReal updates its displayed record only after the relevant authorized source confirms the change.
- CHAPTER 06
Review and record controls
Role-based access, review queues, supporting documents, status history, event identifiers, and exportable audit records help users understand what happened and when.
