About OpenReal
Infrastructure for clearer private asset records.
OpenReal is a software platform developed in Dubai to help a limited group of project SPVs organize participant records, supporting documents, review steps, requests, and recorded changes.
The platform is designed to make information easier to review and trace. It does not replace the relevant project SPV, issuer, appointed administrator, legal documents, or official register.
Clear records. Controlled workflows. Defined responsibilities.

Built around the record
The systems behind OpenReal
OpenReal brings related information and workflow events into one controlled environment.
Record Administration
Participant information, recorded interests, source references, and provenance.
Review Workflows
Document collection, status tracking, permissions, and review queues.
Request Management
Structured submission, review, approval, rejection, and completion stages.
Oversight
Monitoring views, exception handling, audit history, and exports.
Platform Engineering
Secure access, role controls, record displays, integrations, and operational tooling.
Legal Structure Mapping
Project entities, governing documents, responsible parties, and the connection between platform data and official records.
Built in Dubai, designed for controlled records.
OpenReal is developed around a simple principle: a record is useful only when users can understand its source, status, supporting evidence, and responsible party.
The platform combines structured information, role-based access, review controls, document links, request workflows, and recorded event history. Product feedback from the teams that use these workflows helps shape each release.

Principles
What we stand for
The principles that guide how OpenReal is designed, operated, and explained.
Clarity by design
Important information should be readable, structured, and connected to its source. The interface should not make legal rights appear simpler or broader than the underlying documents support.
Auditability first
A material status change should leave a usable record of what changed, when it changed, which supporting information was used, and which authorized role completed the step.
Boundaries before features
OpenReal should clearly distinguish software functions from the responsibilities of the project SPV, issuer, administrator, bank, verification provider, and professional advisers.
Our journey
Building the record layer step by step
Each platform layer is introduced only when its responsibilities, source information, review controls, and operational ownership are defined.
- 01
Record foundations
Structured project entities, participant records, source references, and record history.
- 02
Review controls
Identity and business verification status, permissions, document handling, review queues, and recorded decisions.
- 03
Request workflows
Structured participation and transfer requests with document submission, review stages, approvals, and formal completion steps.
- 04
Oversight and exports
Monitoring views, exceptions, event identifiers, and exportable audit information for authorized users.
- 05
Public information and support
Learn, Help Center, Blog, About, and What's New pages that explain how the software works without presenting projects as public investment opportunities.
Current Mode scope
A controlled scope, not a public market.
OpenReal Current Mode supports a limited group of project SPVs through private, permissioned workflows.
OpenReal does not provide public listings, open order books, matching, trading, secondary liquidity, tokenization, custody, or payment services. Any participation or transfer occurs directly with the relevant project SPV or issuer under its governing documents and required approvals.
Additional structures or functions appear only after appropriate legal, operational, security, and technical review.
